Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of data we may have collected through our Facebook application ("AI Agent", App ID: 658089882650457) which connects to our Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts to provide automated replies and content posting through automation services.
What data we may hold
Through Meta's Platform APIs, we may have accessed or stored the following information related to interactions with our Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts:
- Page access tokens
- Message content sent to or from our Pages
- Comments on our posts
- Post data published through our automation services
- Basic profile information of users who interact with our Pages (such as name and profile ID)
How to request data deletion
To request deletion of any data we hold about you, please send an email to ukunili@hotmail.com with:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your Facebook name or Instagram username
- The Facebook Page or post you interacted with (if known)
- A short description of what data you would like deleted
We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
