Engraving not reconfirmed by customer/ sample not shown before engraving leading to miscommunication
It is an appropriate quality ukelele for the price range with offer for the free engraving service; however, it is a poor experience with the customer service . The customer is required to download a software to enable the engraving design. For me, I just wanted to have my name to be engraved on it, after the inconvenient process of downloading the app and figuring out the font, I just print screen and sent to the customer service and they just proceed with it with the confirmation of the location but without checking the font size and Exact location without reconfirming with me and proceeded with engraving. I received it within 2 days but i got rather disappointed with the engraving where the font was very big and not proportionate and Not in the intended location which I was asked to select prior to that. Being a specialist in selling ukelele and providing the engraving service, you should be aware with all these issues and should do re-confirmation and show the size and location before the actual process of engraving which is a Non Reversible process- Sigh. Really disappointing and perhaps the person who handled this engraving should be properly train and be more meticulous and careful. As I can't return or do anything to it where it is engraved with my name. Dear seller, please ensure your staff is well trained to handle the engraving. It is a disappointment, however, the ukulele arrived in good condition.
